Stop me if you’ve heard this one… Major snow is expected tomorrow in New England, which includes Foxboro’s Gillette Stadium. It could be a tough commute, and I’m told there is no plan to have everyone stay in a hotel. Yet players are expected in on time, ready to work and continue to prepare for the Jets game on Sunday. That should be no surprise. The Patriots don’t seem to alter their schedule for anything. Players are also expecting to be outside on the practice field because, as TE Alge Crumpler said, “Our bubble is just for naming rights, it’s not for us to practice in.” True. Still, it might not be easy to get to Gillette, raising an issue that reared its ugly head last year in LateGate, when four players didn’t show up on time because of the snow.
