Free agent T.J. Houshmandzadeh will work out Tuesday for the San Francisco 49ers, who are shorthanded at wide receiver. CSN Bay Area reported Tuesday that the 49ers will take a look at Houshmandzadeh, who went unsigned during the offseason. He played for the Baltimore Ravens last season, catching 30 passes for 398 yards and three TDs. San Francisco receivers Michael Crabtree (foot) and Josh Morgan (ankle) are injured, leaving the team short at wideout. The 49ers also have Ted Ginn Jr., Braylon Edwards and Kyle Williams.
