Cards' Beanie signs deal, later carted off field

The Arizona Cardinals have agreed to terms on a five-year contract with first-round draft pick Beanie Wells, and the former Ohio State running back was expected to arrive at training camp in time for Saturday afternoon's practice. Financial terms of the contract were not immediately available. To make room on the roster for Wells, the Cardinals released tight end Alex Shor.
