Cowboys could get Martin Rucker after all

The Cowboys might be able to get another crack at tight end Martin Rucker. Tampa Bay waived Rucker on Wednesday after he failed the physical. The Cowboys put a claim in on Rucker but the Buccaneers were awarded him based on their 3-13 record last season.
