Colts running backs break handcuff rules

Colts Waive RB Clifton Dawson
The Colts have waived running back Clifton Dawson. Dawson, who appeared in 13 games in 2007 for the Colts and Bengals as an undrafted rookie from Harvard, made just two appearances a season ago before landing on injured reserve in early November with a concussion.
