Rams Sign Safety Clinton Hart
In a sign that doesn’t bode well for OJ Atogwe’s health, the Rams signed Clinton Hart today. Hart, was formerly with the San Diego Chargers.
Hart was released in November and had some tryouts, but hadn’t stuck with a team until now.
