The New York Jets are shuffling their practice squad. They signed center Cody Wallace. And they cut offensive guard Chad Rinehart. He was drafted in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. Wallace was cut by the 49ers prior to the 2010 season.
