CRAIG DAVIS RUMORS & GOSSIP

Bills WR Craig Davis Hurt – Chargers Fans Undoubtedly Unsurprised

Craig Davis won't be practicing for at least a week. This is sadly not a surprise. (David Duprey/Associated Press)WR Craig “Buster” Davis is an immense talent. He’s so talented, in fact, that the Chargers made him a first-round draft pick in 2007. Unfortunately, the man simply can not stay healthy. During his four years he was sidelined by sore hips, ribs, hamstrings...

WR Davis prognosis increased

Bills WR Craig Davis initially was thought to be sidelined for about three days with his undisclosed injury suffered Monday night. Now the length of time he’ll be out has been increased. “He’s about a week,” said Gailey of the time Davis is expected to miss on the field. That will put him out for the Bills next preseason game at Denver on Saturday.

Where Craig Davis will line up

The last few practice days leading up to tonight’s preseason opener Craig Davis has been getting an awful lot of reps, including some with the first team offense. Here’s where Davis will be lining up tonight against the Bears. Davis will be lined up with the second unit playing in Stevie Johnson’s ‘X’ receiver role. Head coach Chan Gailey told Buffalobills...

Davis move makes more sense

The Bills acquisition of Craig Davis last week was a bit peculiar considering Buffalo’s depth at the receiver position. Now with Lee Evans traded, the most to acquire a veteran receiver makes a lot more sense. Remember Craig Davis?

Wide receiver Craig Davis has been put in the injured reserve list due to a groin injury, thus ending his 2008 season.Davis and his unenviable 59 total yards might be gone, but they're assuredly soon-to-be-forgotten. I wouldn't blame Davis. He missed plenty of games this year, and hasn't been ...

Bolts Mini Camp Recap

Mini Camp this past weekend was great. It was good to get back on the field with my teammates and new coaches. The fans came out to support us and made our jobs easier. We all got a chance to see some of the new players. There were a number of rookies that impressed me with their play. I think our front office did a good job of selecting talent.
