Bruce Still Impacting St. Louis
I was lucky enough to have a chance to talk with St. Louis Rams’ great Isaac Bruce on Wednesday afternoon, and he is still doing his part for the St. Louis area. Bruce is working with Procter & Gamble (P&G) in support of its official NFL sponsorship, “Take it to the House” and the St. Louis-area semi-finalist in the program’s photo contest, Jessica Lefort. Lefort...

Singletary: Bruce may or may not play Sunday
Bruce said Wednesday he'd know more about his role on Friday. But he was extremely curt today (Friday) in the locker room. He said he's already talked to the media this week. He did intimate he thought he could play, if called upon.
Singletary said it would be up to offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye and Bruce to decide exactly what Bruce's role would be on game day...

Isaac Bruce does not practice -- again
Offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye said earlier today he does not want to "disrespect" Bruce with a "token gesture." And Bruce does not appear to be the sentimental type of person who would want or need to soak up the plaudits from the St. Louis crowd one last time.
Football is a violent sport. It's not a sport for "token gestures." I'd expect...
