The Kansas City Chiefs signed left tackle Jared Gaither to a deal, nearly two weeks after he almost agreed to terms on a contract with the AFC West rival Oakland Raiders. Terms of the Chiefs' deal were not disclosed. The mammoth 6-foot-9, 340-pounder sat out the 2010 campaign with the Baltimore Ravens with a back injury.
