Cowboys Sign LB Brandon Sharpe
The Cowboys have added former Texas Tech linebacker Brandon Sharpe to the roster. He takes a spot that was designated for Nebraska's Jay Moore, who agreed to terms on a free agent deal on Friday. Moore never showed up so the Cowboys signed Sharpe to fill out the linebacker depth. The spot became available when the team cut receiver Verran Tucker on Friday.

Cowboys add Brandon Sharpe
The Cowboys got tired of waiting for outside linebacker Jay Moore to show up, so they have instead signed Texas Tech-ex Brandon Sharpe to help fill out the linebacker depth.
The Cowboys cut wide receiver Verran Tucker on Friday and were expected to sign Moore and the move was even announced by Stephen Jones.
