Terrence Austin was called up from the practice squad for today's game after the release of Joey Galloway. You have to wonder how much Austin will play given the banged up state of Brandon Banks. Banks is still a great returner, but the knee surgery he underwent during the bye has clearly slowed him down. Austin could handle some of the return duties and hopefully he'll see...

Washington Redskins release receiver
The Washington Redskins have released WR Joey Galloway and signed WR Terrence Austin from the practice squad. This move should not come as a surprise, Galloway has not been a productive receiver for the last three seasons. Galloway had only 12 receptions out of 38 targets this season for 173 yards and no touchdowns.
I thought the signing of Galloway this off season was a foolish...
