Texans agree to terms with CB Joseph

Bengals Place Tender On Cornerback Johnathan Joseph
According to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Cincinnati Bengals placed the highest restricted tender on cornerback Johnathan Joseph.
