Higgins to get start at WR

Update: The Oakland Tribune is reporting that the Raiders will deploy wide out Johnnie Lee Higgins as the starter Sunday in place of injured rookie Darrius Heyward-Bey. Fantasy Impact: Bey has been hampered by a foot injury and is likely to sit out. Higgins has hauled in 10 balls this season which is actually more then Bey anyway.  Neither one of them are fantasy options at this point.
