Seahawks Lose on the Road… Again
I’m not sure how to react to this one. Once again, the Seahawks looked flat on the road and lost to the St. Louis Rams.
As usual, expect to hear a lot of criticism this week from overreacting fans in Seattle. Expect a lot of calls for Charlie Whitehurst to start, a lot of questions about the defense, and more criticism aimed at Pete Carroll.

Seahawks Extend Ryan
Well, one thing we know today that we didn't know yesterday is this: the Seahawks will not have a new punter in 2010. Canada.com is reporting (and, in the article, Jon Ryan is confirming) that the Seahawks have signed their Pro Bowl alternate punter to a whopping six year extension to the tune of $9.1 million, with $1.6 million guaranteed.

Most Awkward Fake Ever
That could've gone a lot worse, but that was still the most awkward and momentarily terrifying "fake" punt ever.
Was it a bad snap? Was the bad snap supposed to be bad? Was Jon Ryan supposed to throw it to John Carlson again? Did Bruce DeHaven call that play while having a stroke?
