Raiders TE Boss suffers concussion
Oakland Raiders tight end Kevin Boss suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Boss had one reception for 11 yards before he was injured.
He is in his first season with Oakland after spending his first four years with the New York Giants.
Boss has only eight catches in five games. He missed the season opener after sustaining a knee injury in the preseason.

Boss was injured in Saturday's preseason game against San Francisco when he took a helmet to the knee.

Report: Kevin Boss Undergoes Successful Hip Surgery
Two things – Kevin Boss is now 27 years old, and he also has a brand new hip.

The Giants’ tight end yesterday underwent a minor arthroscopic procedure to repair an issue with his hip that was lingering during the season.
Whether the surgery will help Eli Manning and Kevin Gilbride to call his number more often in the passing game, that remains to be seen.
