Staph Infection Lands Redskins LB Keyaron Fox In Hospital
Washington Redskins linebacker Keyaron Fox spent a week in the hospital because of a staph infection on his knee. Fox had not played since the Week 9 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in which he recorded three tackles. He was released from the hospital late Monday afternoon according to head coach Mike Shanahan. Backup inside linebacker Keyaron Fox joined safety LaRon Landry and linebacker Brian Orakpo as players limited by injury in Washington’s practice Thursday.
