The former second round pick of the 2008 draft, Kelly was released by the Redskins on Tuesday.

Oft-injured receiver Malcolm Kelly has been released by the Washington Redskins.
Kelly received an injury settlement Tuesday as the Redskins made the first round of cuts to get the roster down to 80 players.
