MARK SETTERSTROM RUMORS

Guard Setterstrom Lands on the PUP List

The Rams have put guard Mark Setterstrom the PUP list, thinking there is a shot that he could make it back to the active roster in 2010: The Rams have apparently had a change of heart regarding guard Mark Setterstrom and placed him on physically unable to perform (PUP) Friday rather than injured reserve. Poor Mark Setterstrom

Mark Setterstrom is a solid guard.  He is probably a borderline NFL starter.  However, we do not know how well of starter he could be, because he spends so much time on the sidelines with injuries.  He could potentially lose another whole season to injury this year after tearing his triceps in OTAs this week.  The only way he will not lose the entire season is if he opts to let...

Setterstrom came back at a bargain basement price, as he wasn't given a qualifying offer, but he won't be counted on for a starting role due to the recent signing of center Hank Fraley. Setterstrom will likely just serve as depth at the position. Source: RotoTimes.com
