Chargers Sign Pat Watkins, Cut Gary Banks

The San Diego Chargers made another move in order to help out the special teams by signing former Dallas Coyboys S Pat Watkins. Watkins was a key contributor for the Dallas Cowboys special teams unit before being cut this season. Gary Banks was cut in order to make room for Watkins. Banks was expendable with the receivers Malcom Floyd and Legedu Naanee coming back from injury.
