I was very excited when the Chicago Bears picked up Pisa Tinoisamoa last season. He was a productive linebacker on a crappy St. Louis Rams team and he added more speed and depth to a position of strength for the Chicago Bears. Too bad he got injured in game one and never really recovered, because Tinoisamoa was really missed last season especially when Brian Urlacher went down.

Tinoisamoa, Knox return to practice; Hester OK
Linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa returned to practice today at Halas Hall for the first time since suffering a sprained right knee in the season opener at Green Bay. Wide receiver Johnny Knox was also back on the field three days after a shin injury knocked him out of the victory over Detroit.
