Who really beat the Chargers?
Is it a cop out? A slight of the opponent? Not giving credit where credit is do? Back-up tight end Randy McMichael didn't think the Jets deserved much of anything after handing the 4-2 Chargers a 27-21 road loss; a game in which the San Diego was shut out in the second half, committing two turnovers in the process. McMichael said after the game that it was the Chargers who beat...

Randy McMichael: The Jets didn’t beat us
Despite the box score showing otherwise, backup tight end Randy McMichael wouldn’t admit the Jets beat the Chargers on Sunday. As he tells it, the Chargers were beaten by… the Chargers.
Following San Diego’s 27-21 loss in Week 7, McMichael refused to credit Gang Green for pulling out the victory — discrediting their secondary in the process — and bluntly...

Cry Me A River(s), Randy McMichael
Some #Fatty and Randy McMichael. According to Randy, this #Fatty isn't THAT fat.
The New York Jets made Phillip Rivers and Norv Turner look like the two choke-job losers they’ve been their entire career on Sunday at MetLife Stadium when the Jets came back from a 21-10 halftime deficit to beat the San Diego Chargers, 27-21 earlier today. Oh and if you blinked you may have missed...

Chargers Scoop Up Veteran Tight End McMichael
Re-loading the tight end position has been a big part of this off-season for a lot of teams. Of course, we already have Antonio Gates. In case you haven’t heard, he is the most prolific pass catching tight end in the NFL, and that’s saying a lot. Throw in the fact that Gates played college basketball and not football, and you have a gem that’s worth holding on to...
