Former first-round WR Williams signs with UFL's Lions
Former NFL first-round selection Reggie Williams signed with the United Football League's Sacramento Lions on Thursday.
The ninth overall pick of the 2004 draft, Williams failed to distinguish himself during the two months he was with the Seattle Seahawks.
Williams, 28, collected 189 receptions for 2,322 yards and 18 touchdowns in five NFL seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Seattle Seahawks Sign Williams’ Wide Receiver Duo
Apparently not having his adequate fill of big, tall, former top ten pick receivers, Pete Carroll has decided there is enough room for both of them to continue battling it out for a roster spot.
The Seahawks have signed both former Husky and No. 9 overall pick Reggie Williams, and former USC product and No. 10 overall pick Mike Williams to contracts.
