Titans K Bironas sets NFL mark vs. Jaguars
Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas entered the NFL record books on Saturday after he booted a 51-yard field goal against the AFC South rival Jacksonville Jaguars.
With the kick, Bironas has made field goals of 40 yards or longer in nine consecutive contests.
Bironas, 33, had been tied with Morten Andersen (1990-91) and Jeff Wilkins (2005-06) for the honor.
