ROCKY BERNARD RUMORS

Seattle Seahawks in the 2012 Super Bowl?

By the Numbers 11 Seasons… 114 Starts… 26 Sacks… 39 Pass Defensed… 5 Forced Fumbles… and 8 interceptions… What do these numbers represent? The amount of experience the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants gained with EX-members of YOUR Seattle Seahawks. Most of this experience was gained by defensive tackle Rocky Bernard and safety Deon Grant...

New York Giants Bring Back DT Rocky Bernard

A day after the Giants seemingly replaced Rocky Bernard by signing Gabe Watson, the Giants were able to agree on a deal with Bernard and he was back at practice tonight. The Giants and Bernard were unable to work out a renegotiation last week, so the Giants cut him on Friday. Apparently unable to find a job else where for the type of money he wanted, he is back in blue. The battle...

Giants To Release Bernard

According to Ohm Youngmisuk’s twitter account, the Giants plan to release Rocky Bernard. It had previously been reported that Bernard had agreed to restructure his contract, but the two sides could not come to an agreement. You see, Bernard entered the season with a...

Bernard played with torn rotator cuff

Rocky Bernard knew what people were saying about him last season and he also knew they were right. He wasn’t playing up to his potential. He wasn’t proving to be worthy of the free-agent contract he had just signed. But he also knew something everyone else didn’t. He knew why. Bernard, now 31 and entering his second season with the Giants, played all of last season...
