Seahawks announce roster moves
The Seahawks have officially announced the signings of receivers Reggie Williams and Mike Williams and fullback Ryan Powdrell. Additionally, Seattle signed cornerback Kennard Cox and guard Mitch Erickson who also participated in the recent minicamp on a tryout basis.The Seahawks waived Trevor Canfield, a guard.

"SEA signing WR Mike Williams and FB Ryan Powdrell. Both played for Pete Carroll at USC. Williams was a top-10 bust"

In All, Steelers Slash Six
We heard earlier today that four members of the Steelers became former members of the Steelers during a weightlifting session.
Actually, six got the shoe.
They are defensive end Jeff Bradley, long-snapper Mark Estermyer, wide receiver Jayson Foster, wide receiver Cedric Goodman, quarterback Kevin McCabe, and fullback Ryan Powdrell.
