The Atlanta Falcons released cornerback Tye Hill. Hill was acquired on Sept. 1 from the St. Louis Rams for a seventh round pick. Hill, a former first round pick with the Rams, played in eight games in 2009. He had seven tackles and one interception, which returned for a touchdown.
