TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood and waived defensive end Aaron Morgan.
The moves were announced Wednesday, a day before the team closes the preseason against the Washington Redskins.
Norwood had 36 receptions for 405 yards and one touchdown over the past two seasons with the Cleveland Browns.
