ASHBURN, Va. (AP) The Washington Redskins activated defensive end Stephen Bowen from the physically unable to perform list Saturday ahead of their Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
Bowen resumed practice this week after a long recovery from surgery on his right knee.
To make room for Bowen, the Redskins placed linebacker Akeem Jordan on injured reserve. Jordan also has a knee injury.

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed veteran Akeem Jordan to provide depth and push for playing time alongside middle linebacker Derrick Johnson.
The team announced the move in a statement Monday.
Jordan has appeared in 82 games with 34 starts in six seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles, where current Chiefs coach Andy Reid had been in charge until he was fired this offseason.
