PHILADELPHIA (AP) The Philadelphia Eagles have placed kicker Cody Parkey and right guard Andrew Gardner on injured reserve and signed kicker Caleb Sturgis and offensive lineman Julian Vandervelde. Parkey injured his groin in warmups before Sunday's 24-17 win at the Jets. Gardner hurt his foot in the first half and Matt Tobin replaced him. Sturgis was released by Miami this month...
