Giants re-sign Jake Ballard and Bruce Johnson

According to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News, the Giants have re-signed tight end Jake Ballard and cornerback Bruce Johnson.  Both players signed one-year deals that are worth the league minimum of $540,000. Both Johnson and Ballard suffered serious injuries in 2011.  Ballard of course tore his ACL in the Super Bowl and Johnson suffered a ruptured Achilles during training camp.
