HOUSTON - Free agent tight end Joel Dreessen will sign with the Denver Broncos.
In a text message to FOX 26 Sports Dreessen said, "going to Broncos."
He chose the Broncos over re-signing with the Houston Texans.
Dreessen also visited the New Orleans Saints, Cincinnati Bengals, and Tennessee Titans.

Broncos agree to terms with TE Dreessen
The Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with free agent tight end Joel Dreessen.
Dreessen chose Denver over the Houston Texans, where he has played the past five seasons.
The 29-year-old Dreessen had 28 receptions and a career-high six touchdowns last season for the Texans.
In 2010-11, he had a career-high 36 receptions and scored four touchdowns.
