When last we saw the San Francisco 49ers, they were losing to the New York Giants in the NFC Championship. Kyle Williams was the scapegoat in that game because he fumbled two punt returns, that led directly to 10 points by the Giants, including the game winning field goal. However, 49ers wide receivers caught just 1 pass for 3 yards all game, which had to have cost the 49ers at least...
Four months after botching a pair of punt returns in January's NFC Championship Game loss to the Giants, Kyle Williams opened the 49ers' first organized team practice for veterans on Tuesday in a battle for a roster spot. San Francisco brought in significant competition at the position, signing free agents Randy Moss and Mario Manningham and using their first-round pick...
San Francisco 49ers wideout Kyle Williams has patiently waited for a chance to erase the memories of January, when his two fumbled punt returns contributed to the team's loss in the NFC Championship Game. It's unfair to blame Williams for a game the New York Giants rightfully won, but this happens in football. Thousands of decisions, movements and reactions are boiled down...
Kyle Williams wasted little time getting back to the field after the most miserable moment of his career ended the San Francisco 49ers' season.
Speaking for the first time this offseason since his two fumbles in the NFC championship game, Williams said Tuesday he's motivated by all he has endured. He had a barrage of hateful, hurtful - even threatening - comments via social...

WHAT A GREAT KID
Kyle Williams has received more than his fair share of abuse from unhinged fans due to his gaffes in the return game last weekend, so the letter of support he received from 7-year-old Owen Shure probably meant quite a bit.
Go away Kyle Williams
Niner faithful it has taken me four full days to address you after that disgusting loss by Kyle Williams. I told myself after a day or so that the anger and utter disappointment would fade. It hasn’t, not even a little bit. It’s all because of you Kyle. I applaud the 49er players for coming to your side and not blaming just one person. ...
Kyle Williams. All the finger pointing has been going towards the direction of the second year wide receiver after the San Francisco 49ers fell short against the New York Giants in the NFC championship game. Williams had two costly fumbles that eventually resulted in 10 points for the Giants. The crucial fumble coming in overtime, this gave the Giants great field position to set...
PLAYING DIRTY?
Giants players admitted after the game that the team was targeting 49ers return man Kyle Williams due to his history of concussions, including one who added their goal was to "take him outta the game."
GET A GRIP, PEOPLE
If the 49ers return man didn't have enough to deal with after his gaffes during the NFC Championship Game, some unhinged folks are actually wishing him ill will on social media sites. His teammates have his back, however.
Kyle Williams Twitter Page is being filled with such hate filled tweets, that I honestly feel for the guy.
He made two huge mistakes and point blank he cost his team the game. There is no way around it and I am sure he feels terrible. It is still just a game and I wish fans would understand that.
With that being said this is pretty creepy.
