Leon Hall has been cleared to participate in the Cincinnati Bengals' first practice of training camp, completing the cornerback's comeback from a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Hall passed his physical and was allowed to join the rest of the team in practice Friday afternoon. The team will limit his plays in a row at the outset, but Hall says there are no other restrictions....
