Safety Mana Silva was signed by the Buffalo Bills off their practice squad. The Bills released rookie safety Delano Howell. Silva joined the practice squad Oct. 2, a week after being waived by the Dallas Cowboys. He spent part of last season on Buffalo's practice squad before being signed by the Cowboys on Dec. 13, 2011.
