Broncos RB Fannin tears Achilles

Denver Broncos running back Mario Fannin tore an Achilles tendon Saturday during the team's scrimmage, the Denver Post reported Sunday. The injury occurred nearly a year ago to the day when Fannin torn an ACL on Aug. 5, 2011, and missed all of last season. Fannin signed as an undrafted rookie last year after playing with Cam Newton for national champion Auburn.
