The New England Patriots released tight end Bo Scaife and offensive lineman Mike Ingersoll Monday, according to Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston.
Both players weren’t Patriots for very long, as Scaife was signed on June 7 while Ingersoll signed on June 8.
It certainly appears that both players were signed to be extra bodies during the team’s minicamp this past week.
