New York Giants safety Quintin Demps remembers the pain of being a rookie, but according to him, the most painful thing was the hit his bank account took because of rookie hazing. Demps was a rookie with the Philadelphia Eagles when Andy Reid was head coach, and he recalls when the veterans made him take them to a fabulous steak dinner to the tune of $10K. Ouch!
