Anyone who reads the title above is immediately thinking: WHO? I know, I know. But Owusu-Ansah has 4.32 40 speed and some serious wheels for a safety. The Saints have a lot of safeties coming into camp, so I don't view Owusu-Ansah as having any shot at making the team. Then again, neither did Ryan Steed.
