Chiefs waive WR Horne

The Kansas City Chiefs waived wide receiver Jeremy Horne on Tuesday. Horne, signed as a rookie free agent in 2010, appeared in three games this season. He did not record a catch, seeing time mostly on special teams. The Chiefs also placed fullback Shane Bannon on their practice squad injured list. Kansas City has won three straight games after dropping their first three of the season.
