The Buffalo Bills have re-signed backup running back Tashard Choice, and tight end Dorin Dickerson has accepted the team's tendered contract offer.
The moves were announced by the Bills on Tuesday, when players began arriving for the start of the team's offseason voluntary conditioning program.
