Chargers release OLB LaBoy

The San Diego Chargers have released outside linebacker Travis LaBoy. LaBoy joined the Chargers in 2011 as an unrestricted free agent. He started 14 games and had 47 tackles and one sack. Chargers release linebacker LaBoy

Outside linebacker Travis LaBoy, who started 14 games for San Diego last season, was released by the Chargers on Monday, LaBoy had signed with the Chargers last offseason as an unrestricted free agent, and he had 38 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble in 2011. LaBoy is a seven-year NFL veteran who has also played for the Titans, Cardinals and 49ers.
