Dolphins S Culver hit with $20,000 fine

The NFL has fined Miami Dolphins safety Tyrone Culver $20,000 for a hit on Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson last weekend.Culver, who said he was simply trying to be aggressive, was given a 15-yard personal foul for the hit.Johnson wasn't seriously hurt on the play, and is expected to suit up this Sunday against the New York Jets.
