The best part of that fight was Barch warning May that he was about skate over that glove before they started landed haymakers on each other. And good call on Evgeni Nabokov he doesn't get a lot attention even though he has been solid for a while now.

Ovechkin for MVP no doubt!!!

idk if i agree with some of this, by the way i didnt see him point out the glove so he didnt fall..that was hilarious, but anyway...i agree with ovechkin for MVP because he single handedly put the caps in the playoffs, yeah he has SOME good guys around him but he attracts so much attention so they get open...but i still think the goal of the year was the rick nash goal, anyone remember that one?

Saying AO singlehandedly put them in the playoffs is taking it a bit far. I would argue that Cristobal Huet was just as big a factor, if not a bigger one, in the Caps making the playoffs.

thats a good argument for how they made it down the stretch but before Huet even got there, alex had them in position for a possible run, so yeah huet may have put them over the top, but without ovechkin, they had no chance

I don't disagree with you there. Just thought "singlehandedly" might be taking it a bit far. I guess I look at it this way... ask yourself if you think the Caps make the post-season without Huet. I don't think they do.

I agree with most of the picks but for coach of the year, you got to look at Guy Carbonneau in Montreal. They are a bunch of nobody's and the have the best powerplay and the best record in the East.
