Last Wednesday Chicago Blackhawks’ forward Patrick Kane won the game with an amazing shootout goal that had the whole ‘Hawk fan base in a buzz.
The shootout format has been longed criticized. Many do not like the fact that, after regulation, there’s only a five minute, four-on-four overtime and then a best two-out-of-three shootout. Games might turn out to be longer, but there’s not much more exciting than sudden death hockey.
Still, there are times when the shootout does give a lot of entertainment. Here is Kane’s amazing shootout goal, plus four others that will blow you away.
