Blown Call Leads to Goal, Debris

Last night we saw two game threes go into overtime, with each game ending 3-2. In Raleigh, the Bruins looked completely out of steam, yet still made it to OT before losing. In Pittsburgh, the Caps seemed to spend the whole game on the penalty kill. And while the penalty kill was strong, it prevented Washington from finding a rhythm. Once again, in overtime, the puck goes off a Capital and ends up behind Simeon Valarmov. It ends up a Pittsburgh victory and puts the Caps in the same position they were in with the Rangers in Round 1.Down 3-2 and having to win out to advance...Evgeni Malkin gets the credit for the game winner- with the unintentional assist from Tom Poti's stick...
