Richards is a spot of contention as he'll have to be traded to a top team willing to take a big cap hit. That means teams with a young nucleus and alot of money will be the only bidders, none of which are included among the top 5-6 teams in the league. This makes it unlikely Richards will agree to the deal and thus void it altogether.
