For once, the NHL disciplinarians got it right. The league investigated Tortorella's confrontation with fans last night, and determined "that Mr. Tortorella squirted a fan with water before Mr. Tortorella was doused with a beverage."

Rookie goalie Simeon Varlamov is 20 years old and doesn't speak any English just Russian. I think the Washington Capitals are going to want to get him to English immersion classes very soon, because I could see this kid playing in the NHL for some time.
