Bleu will discuss his upcoming performance during halftime of the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge & Youth Jam live from the US Airways Center in Phoenix on Fri., Feb. 13, where he will perform ?Moments That Matter? from his forthcoming album, "Speed of Light.?? Studio coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET and will follow all the night?s games from around the league until their conclusion.? NBA TV analyst and former Sacramento Kings forward Chris Webber will have his jersey retired at a special ceremony from ARCO Arena in Sacramento, CA on Fri., Feb. 6, and NBA TV will be on-hand for coverage of the momentous event.? Webber, a 15-year veteran, will have his No. 4 Kings jersey raised to the rafters on a night when the Kings host the Utah Jazz.? The network will air the ceremony and will also speak to Webber live during its studio coverage. Two-time NBA All-Star Reggie Theus will join the NBA TV studio as a guest analyst for the network?s weekend coverage.?
