NHL Playoffs - Round 3 Previews and Predictions
TEAMS: Anaheim Ducks,  Buffalo Sabres,  Ottawa Senators,  Detroit Red Wings

So Round 2 of the 2007 Stanley Cup Playoffs didn't go quite as I had envisioned it. I wrote a recap of each second round series below and a preview and predictions of the two third round series is below that. Oh, and the Buffalo Sabres win the Cup over the Anaheim Ducks in 7 games.

    Hmm...I think you're right. Anaheim is tougher than Detroit, though Det has more finess. I agree; Ana in 6. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Buffalo will pick up their game and I think they'll win in 5. Would've been cute (or another tough word) if it were #1 vs. #1. Man, tough call.

    It's actually interesting that the top 4 teams made it into the playoffs. Ottawa is only the 4th seed because they finished behind Buffalo in their division. They had the second most points in the Conference.

    Not a single upset in round 2 really.
